QTracer – HCOR
QTracer is a tablet-based interal audit and feedback solution based on the tracing approach of world-class accreditation bodies like Joint Commission International and Accreditation Canada International. In this pilot, HCOR - Hospital do Coração will deploy the solution to assess the technology's capability to support compliance and evaluate processes with reference to policies and accreditation, detect gaps or potential risk points, and provide feedback for proactive improvement of quality and safety of patient care.
