The Adiabatic Cooling units are uniquely designed equipment, that is primarily responsible for cooling process water, through heat rejection. The primary water circuit remains restricted within copper tubes inside the coolers, keeping the sanctity of the industrial process intact. The secondary circuit water is sprayed through an engineered pad resulting in latent heat removal through evaporation in an adiabatic state.

The unique design of the product lowers the approach of operation, as compared to a standard cooling tower, and hence results in lower condenser water temperature at the chiller inlet. Our products can be designed for an approach of as low as 1°C, to suit the process requirements. Besides increasing building energy efficiency by reducing chiller power consumption, the use of sustainable materials makes it an environmentally friendly product.
