Giovanni Barletta Manjarres is a mechanical engineer, President of the Colombian Association of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, and an industry leader in training and capacity-building. His 35 years of experience includes work as an advisor and technical consultant for supermarkets, ESCOs, and other large companies in Colombia and internationally, with a focus on improving energy efficiency and enhancing workforce skills and expertise. He is also a Professor at Colombia’s Universidad del Atlántico and an international speaker on energy efficiency in HVAC and refrigeration.
