TNH Health's platform creates "virtual nurse assistants", through which patients s can be educated and engaged in their care, and health risks can be quickly identified - enabling healthcare providers to prevent adverse events. In this pilot, SESI SP will deploy the solution in an effort to improve short and medium-term health outcomes of chronic patients for its employer clients, reduce healthcare costs, reduce absenteeism, and promote health, wellbeing, and employee satisfaction overall.
