HFocus‘ platform allows healthcare facilities to run patient satisfaction surveys in a continuous and easy way and benchmark their performance against other facilities across Brazil. In this pilot, Hospital Memorial Guararapes deployed the solution to monitor the organization’s patient and doctor satisfaction, in an effort to assist management’s decision making process in identifying areas for improvement.
