Nigerian solar-powered refrigeration and cold chain services innovator Eja-Ice is partnering with Food Concepts, a quick service restaurant and retail chain company, to field test the use of a solar-powered cooling unit mounted on a tricycle to deliver frozen ingredients to more than 100 fast food outlets across Nigeria.
