Orlar, a vegetable producer in Vietnam, has partnered with Danish innovator Purix to pilot a solar-powered cooling and heating system that aims to test the possibility of producing temperate vegetables at affordable prices in Vietnam’s lowland through root zone chilling technology, while reducing the need for conventional chillers.
