Prof. Radhey S. Agarwal
Technical Advisor to Ozone Cell India
Prof. Radhey S. Agarwal is currently Technical Advisor to Ozone Cell India for the implementation of the Montreal Protocol, and has made significant contributions to the development of the India Cooling Action Plan (ICAP). He is the former Deputy Director, Dean of Industrial Research and Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department at IIT Delhi. He has published over 100 research papers in the field of refrigeration and air-conditioning. He has also held multiple technical advisory positions at the United Nations Environment Program and has received several awards for his exceptional contributions to global environmental protection, including recognition from IIT Delhi, the Prime Minister of India, UNEP, USA Environmental Protection Agency, and the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize as part of the United Nations Inter-Government Panel on Climate Change.
