MphRx's Minerva is an open digital health platform with deep interoperability that enables integration of disparate data across multiple systems to create a unified health record. Patient and physician facing applications facilitate patient engagement & care coordination. The system streamlines clinical and operational workflows, leverages data analytics and AI. During the pandemic, MphRx developed a COVID-19 Triage solution that remotely screens, automatically triages patients and sets up teleconsultations for symptomatic patients, and enables remote patient management. In this pilot, the International Medical Group (IMG) in Uganda will deploy Minerva’s care management, teleconsultation workflow, and online feedback functionalities, among others, to enhance patient engagement and quality of care.
